A\u00f1adirlos al sofrito e incorporar el piment\u00f3n, la cayena y el azafr\u00e1n. A\u00f1adir el vino y dejar que se evapore, a\u00f1adir despu\u00e9s el caldo de pescado. Dejar cocinar a fuego fuerte con la tapa puesta durante 15-20 minutos.\r\n\t*MERLUZA\r\n-Enharinar la merluza y marcar en una sart\u00e9n aparte. Reservar\r\n\t*GAMBAS\/GAMBONES\r\n-En el mismo aceite de marcar la merluza, marcar las gambas (previamente limpias)\r\n\t*RAPE\r\n-Marcar en una sart\u00e9n.
