Una de las cocciones m\u00e1s habituales del picant\u00f3n es asado al horno, una preparaci\u00f3n que no requiere demasiado tiempo debido al peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o del ave.\r\nEn esta lecci\u00f3n te mostramos c\u00f3mo hacer un picant\u00f3n asado y conseguir su punto exacto de cocci\u00f3n para que la carne quede jugosa. Lo acompa\u00f1amos de salsa y patatas confitadas.","preparacion":"El pollo se marcar\u00e1 a la plancha fuerte y se asar\u00e1 en el horno durante 30 min.\r\nHacemos un sofrito con toda la verdura dejando que coja color. A\u00f1adimos el cognac, el piment\u00f3n dulce y un poco de caldo de pollo.\r\n\r\nCuando el sofrito est\u00e9 hecho lo colocamos en una placa de horno, y el pollo lo asamos en la rejilla a 200\u00ba, previamente salpimentado, para que este vaya dejando caer sus jugos sobre la bandeja.\r\n\r\nUna vez est\u00e9 el pollo listo, se pasa el sofrito por la t\u00farmix y se vuelca en una saut\u00e9. Se a\u00f1ade el pollo trinchado a la salsa, le damos unas vueltas y dejamos un par de hervores.\r\nParalelamente, marcamos a la plancha los clindros de patata que previamente hemos confitado durante 30 minutos en aceite de oliva virgen extra que hemos aromatizado con romero.\r\n\r\n\r\nPara emplatar:\r\n\r\nColocamos una cama de patadas debajo y ponemos el pollo con salsa por encima.
