La fabe tambi\u00e9n combina muy bien con pescados y mariscos.\r\nEn esta lecci\u00f3n te ense\u00f1amos a preparar una receta cl\u00e1sica asturiana: las fabes con almejas. Una receta f\u00e1cil de elaborar con la que obtendr\u00e1s un plato sabroso y nutritivo.","preparacion":"Hacemos un caldo con los huesos de rape y reservamos.\r\nPonemos a cocer las fabes, previamente remojadas, en el caldo fr\u00edo con una cebolla entera partida por la mitad. Las cocemos durante unos 80 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que las fabes est\u00e9n tiernas.\r\n\r\nParalelamente, hacemos un buen sofrito con dos ajos, una cebolla y un pimiento verde picado en brunoise, y a\u00f1adimos el vaso de vino. Dejamos reducir. A\u00f1adimos el conjunto a las verdinas coci\u00e9ndose.\r\n\r\nSi cuando se ha terminado de cocer la verdina el guiso no tiene el espesor deseado, trituramos unas cuantas fabes con un poco de caldo para darle la consistencia deseada.\r\n\r\nMientras se est\u00e1 cociendo el guiso, abrimos las almejas con un poco de caldo del guiso. El caldo obtenido se a\u00f1adir\u00e1 al guiso.
