Tras mezclar bien la sal y el az\u00facar a\u00f1adimos el zumo de lima, un chorrito de ginebra, un par de ramas de canela, miel y ralladura de lima y naranja. Por \u00faltimo incorporamos a la mezcla eneldo fresco y tomillo. En una bandeja colocamos una base de esta mezcla y posicionamos el salm\u00f3n, con la piel hacia abajo, sobre esta base. Terminamos cubriendo con la otra mitad de mezcla de sal y az\u00facar. Dejamos en nevera 12 horas. Retiramos toda la sal y fileteamos finamente. Reservar.\r\n\r\nPara terminar:\r\n\r\nDisponemos el pan de hamburguesa en un plato llano. Untamos con queso crema la parte inferior y colocamos el salm\u00f3n marinado sobre la crema.
