Las cocemos hasta que al comprobar que al pinchar con un cuchillo est\u00e1n blanditas. Colar, enfriar y reservar.\r\nTroceamos el huevo cocido con ayuda de nuestro robot y lo ponemos junto a la patata y la zanahoria.\r\nCortamos finamente las aceitunas y los pepinillos y a\u00f1adimos a la mezcla anterior.\r\nEs el momento de incorporar a nuestra mezcla la mayonesa. Mezclar, incorporar nuestro aceite de conserva, poner a punto de sal y reservar.\r\nLo ideal para est\u00e1 elaboraci\u00f3n es cocinarla un d\u00eda antes de su consumo.\r\n\r\nPara la presentaci\u00f3n:\r\n\r\nMontar nuestra ensaladilla en un plato plano y poner encima la ventresca de at\u00fan previamente escurrida.
