Ponemos el apio celery en papel de\r\naluminio untado con aceite de oliva e introducimos en la bandeja agujereada grande y\r\ncocinamos durante 20 minutos. Dejamos enfriar y aplastamos con un tenedor.\r\nPonemos a punto de sal.\r\nPara la gamba blanca\r\n\r\nPreparamos el horno programa 100% Vapor. Ponemos en la bandeja agujereada una\r\nbase de sal gruesa encima la gamba sin pelar y cubrimos con la misma sal. Cocinamos\r\ndurante 1 minuto treinta segundos. Pasado este tiempo quitamos la capa de sal,\r\npelamos y reservamos.
