Para el pesto rojo:\r\n\r\nEn un vaso triturador colocar los tomates secos en aceite, los pi\u00f1ones, el ajo pelado y sin germen, albahaca, gotas de lim\u00f3n, sal, guindilla, mitad del aceite de oliva y triturar. A\u00f1adir m\u00e1s aceite hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Reservar.(Esta versi\u00f3n de pesto no tiene queso al ser un plato vegano. En el caso que pudiese ser vegetariano podr\u00edamos a\u00f1adir queso pecorino o parmesano o ambos).\r\nCalentar el wok (o sart\u00e9n) con un poco de aceite de oliva, saltear a fuego vivo los spaguettis de calabaza. A\u00f1adir un poco de pesto rojo, rectificar de sal y pimienta y espolvorear cebollino picado.
