Importante no mover y no poner nada de agua. Haremos un caramelo l\u00edquido y con tonos dorados-tostados.\r\nA\u00f1adimos nuestra infusi\u00f3n a nuestro caramelo y espesamos con almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz hasta obtener la textura deseada.\r\nColamos y reservamos.Para la lombarda encurtida:\r\n\r\nPonemos el agua, el az\u00facar y el vinagre a hervir. Una vez que haya hervido a\u00f1adimos la lombarda cortada en juliana. Dejamos cocer y reducir hasta que est\u00e9 hecha. Reservar.Para el k\u00e9tchup de fresas:\r\n\r\nMezclar en nuestra batidora de mano el k\u00e9tchup y las fresas.
