Poner a fuego fuerte y mantener el hervor 20 minutos.\r\nPasado ese tiempo agregar sal y azafr\u00e1n previamente secado y pulverizado.\r\nHacer un sofrito con el aceite restante, la cebolla y el piment\u00f3n. Agregar sin que se queme el piment\u00f3n. Parar cocci\u00f3n.\r\nControlar la cantidad de caldo en la tartera agregando agua o caldo de pollo (seg\u00fan necesidad).\r\nCuando la fabada est\u00e9 parada poner a fuego m\u00ednimo entorno a 20 minutos. Controlar siempre las fabes y su cantidad de caldo, nunca han de ir muy caldosas y nunca secas. No meter en ning\u00fan momento ning\u00fan elemento externo tipo cucharas, palas o cualquier elemento para remover. Si queremos moverlas ha de ser por vaiv\u00e9n.\r\nComprobar textura y apagar el fuego. Sacar los compangos que se servir\u00e1n aparte acompa\u00f1ados de lac\u00f3n cocido.\r\n\r\nPara el resto del compango:\r\n\r\nCocer los tres productos por separado. Chorizo y morcilla entorno 40 minutos. El lac\u00f3n un m\u00ednimo de una hora y comprobar cocci\u00f3n a partir de entonces.
