A\u00f1adimos un poco de agua. Amasamos en el robot durante 5 o 7 minutos.\r\nA\u00f1adimos la levadura y la sal. Aumentamos la velocidad del robot durante 2 minutos aproximadamente.\r\nPara fermentar ponemos la masa sobre una bandeja con papel de horno y cubrimos con papel film. Introducimos en la nevera durante una hora.\r\nEnharinamos un papel de horno y metemos la mantequilla. Estiramos con el rodillo hasta obtener un rect\u00e1ngulo fino.\r\nEstiramos con el rodillo la masa para introduir la mantequilla en su interior. Amasamos con el rodillo. Hacemos los pliegues. Ponemos el resultado sobre una bandeja con papel film en una nevera durante 30 minutos. Estiramos de nuevo con el rodillo.\r\nCortamos en tri\u00e1ngulos y hacemos la forma. Con un pincel los pintamos con huevo y una pizca de sal.
