Al utimo momento agregar los guisantes, dejar reposar durante 1 minuto y servir.Para la pasta verde: Escaldar las hojas y refrescar en agua con hielo,colar y triturar hasta obtener una pasta fina. Para la salsa criolla: Cortar la cebolla morada en juliana, lavar con agua fria y dejar reposar en agua con hielo.
