Una vez que empiece a hervir a\u00f1adimos la pasta y cocemos durante 12 minutos.\r\n\r\nPara el salteado de setas y gambas:\r\n\r\nEn un sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite, salteamos el ajo, las gambas peladas y las setas. A\u00f1adir la pasta escurrida y saltear el conjunto. Ponemos a punto de sal y pimienta. Reservar.\r\n\r\nPara los chips de ajos:\r\n\r\nPonemos en una sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a el aceite a fuego medio, a\u00f1adimos los ajos laminados y los dejamos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.
