Cortamos en dados peque\u00f1os la cebolla y los ajos y los doramos en un cazo.\r\n2. Una vez dorados a\u00f1adimos las espinacas.\r\n3. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adimos el caldo y dejamos cocer 5min.\r\n4. Trituramos todo.\r\n5. Lo llevamos de nuevo a ebullici\u00f3n y lo ponemos a punto de sal y pimienta.\r\n6. Y ya tendremos listo nuestro tinte natural para el risotto\r\nRISOTTO:\r\n1. Cortamos la cebolla y el ajito en brunoise.\r\n2. Ponemos olla al fuego y a\u00f1adimos a ella una nuez de mantequilla.\r\n3. Pochamos la cebolla y el ajo.\r\n4. Una vez dorado a\u00f1adimos el arroz y lo damos unas vueltas, y a\u00f1adimos el vino blanco.\r\n5. Dejamos reducir durante 10min para que se evapore el alcohol.\r\n6. Ponemos a cocer por un lado el caldo de verduras y por otro los 200g de crema de espinacas, para tenerlos calientes e ir a\u00f1adiendo poco a poco en el arroz\r\n7. Lo m\u00e1s importante del risotto es a\u00f1adir poco a poco el caldo y no parar de mover para que el arroz suelte todo el almid\u00f3n.\r\n8. Empezaremos a\u00f1adiendo la crema de espinacas poco a poco, cuando se nos haya agotado, el arroz continuara duro y tendremos que continuar a\u00f1adiendo el caldo de verduras.\r\n9. Se a\u00f1ade siempre caliente y nunca se para de remover el arroz.\r\n10. Tardar\u00e1 aproximadamente 17min.\r\n11. Cuando lo tengamos al dente a\u00f1adimos una nuez de mantequilla fuera del fuego.\r\n12.
