Se le a\u00f1ade cebolleta fina bien lavada, sichimi (especias picantes japonesas), wasabi (ra\u00edz japonesa picante) aceite de s\u00e9samo, aceite de oliva y soja\r\n\r\nPara los huevos rotos con patatas fritas:\r\n\r\nEn dos sartenes diferentes freimos por una parte las patatas y por otra los huevos. Echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva a cada sart\u00e9n y comenzamos a freir. Las patatas est\u00e1n previamente cocidas y debemos freir las patatas a fuego alto hasta que queden doradas. El huevo se freir\u00e1 hasta que se doren las puntas de la clara.\r\n\r\nPara terminar:\r\n\r\nEn un bol romper el huevo sobre las patatas con unas tijeras. Por \u00fatlimo a\u00f1adiremos al at\u00fan preparado. Se mezcla todo y por \u00faltimo se echa la cebolleta troceada.
