Echamos en una cazuela leche, nata, az\u00facar y la vainilla. La panna cotta es t\u00edpica del Piamonte, como la trufa, un producto fant\u00e1stico que me encanta. No tiene que hervir, s\u00f3lo infusionarse. La textura de la panna cotta es muy importante y no es f\u00e1cil de conseguir\r\n\r\nIncorporamos la gelatina a la mezcla y removemos hasta que se funda. Lo colamos para quitarla la vainilla\r\n\r\nLo ponemos en una flanera y las metemos en la nevera hasta que adquiera la textura deseada.\r\n\r\nDesmoldamos y emplatamos.
