Cubierta de chantilly con infinidad de virutas de chocolate, es una tarta hecha en capas que alterna bizcocho empapado en almibar con kirsch y chantilly.\r\nEn esta lecci\u00f3n te ense\u00f1amos todos los pasos para elaborar esta vistosa y rica tarta.\r\n","preparacion":"Atemperamos los huevos previamente, y los batimos en ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda, a\u00f1adiendo una yema y el az\u00facar hasta quealcancen unos 50\u00baC.  Colocamos esta mezcla en el bol del robot de cocina para batir a velocidad media durante 15 minutos, aireando bien la mezcla.\r\n\r\nTamizamos el cacao y la harina en 6 partes encima de los huevos y mezclamos con unalengua grande con movimientos envolventes.\r\nPonemos la mezcla en un molde redondo previamente enharinado y engrasado (opcionalmente conspray de grasa) hasta cubrir 3\/4 partes y horneamos a 180\u00baC durante unos 15 o 20 minutos.\r\n\r\nPara el jarabe: \r\n\r\nLo hacemos colocando en un cazo agua y az\u00facar y llev\u00e1ndolo a ebullici\u00f3n. Luego retiramos y a\u00f1adimos el licor kirsch.\r\n\r\nPara la crema chantilly:\r\n\r\nMontamos la nata, el az\u00facar y la vainilla en semilla a velocidad media.\r\n\r\nPara montar la tarta:\r\n\r\nCortamos el bizcocho en l\u00e1minas regulares de 8 mm, y luego seg\u00fan el molde (rectangular).\r\n\r\nMetemos una l\u00e1mina de bizcocho en el molde y empapamos con el alm\u00edbar. Encima ponemos capa de chantilly, y luego otra de bizcocho.
