Luego agregamos la levadura y dejamos que trabaje hasta que ligue la masa. Una vez ligada, se incluye la sal y se sigue amasando. Cuando este homog\u00e9nea, sacamos  la masa y la trabajamos extendi\u00e9ndola con rodillo en una tabla, enharinando para que no se pegue. Dejamos que repose en una placa de horno unos 10-15 minutos. Luego horneamos la masa a 200\u00ba durante unos 10 minutos. Transcurrido este tiempo, sacamos y podemos colocar diversos ingredientes a la pizza.\r\nPara hacer la pizza margherita:\r\nExtendemos el tomate triturado sobre la masa, y agregamos la mozarella. Horneamos unos 15-20 minutos a 220\u00ba. Sacamos y a\u00f1adimos las hojas de albahaca fresca, y algo de aceite de oliva.\r\n\r\nPara hacer la pizza de calabaza:\r\nExtendemos la crema de calabaza sobre la masa, y a\u00f1adimos en guanciale cortado, luego  el queso scamorza ahumado. Horneamos 15-20 minutos a 220\u00ba. Sacamos y decoramos con mozarella y las flores de calabac\u00edn.
