Cuando estos ingredientes est\u00e9n integrados, a\u00f1adimos la levadura y amasamos hasta que se forme una masa homog\u00e9nea. La temperatura perfecta para esta masa es de 24 \u00ba, y nunca debe superar los 40\u00ba.\r\nSacamos la masa y la trabajamos sobre una tabla, boleando hasta formar una bola perfecta que colocamos en una placa de horno.
