Incorporamos la jud\u00eda verde cortada. Rehogamos. A\u00f1adimos el ajo, dejamos dorar e incorporamos el piment\u00f3n y, finalmente, el tomate. A\u00f1adimos el agua y dejamos cocer. \r\nIncorporamos los garrofones ya cocidos, el colorante alimentario, el azafr\u00e1n y la sal. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos el arroz repart\u00ed\u00e9ndolo bien por la paella.\r\n\r\nCocinamos a fuego fuerte durante un m\u00e1ximo de cinco minutos. Transcurrido este tiempo, bajamos la potencia. En el minuto 17 subimos el fuego para obtener un arroz socarrat.
