Por su tama\u00f1o la consideramos una pasta de larga cocci\u00f3n, con lo que deber\u00e1s al tiempo que debe hervir. \r\nEste tipo de pastas tubulares, como el macarr\u00f3n o el penne, pueden albergar en su interior las salsas y sus ingredientes s\u00f3lidos.\r\nY la salsa que haremos ser\u00e1 la cl\u00e1sica frutti di mare, una salsa espectacular de origen napolitano, llena de aromas marinos e ideal para colarse en el interior de los paccheri.\r\n","preparacion":"Para la pasta:\r\nPor cada 100 gr. de pasta que se vaya a cocer, se pondr\u00e1n 2 litros de agua y 10 gr. de sal gorda.\r\nPonemos el agua a hervir siguiendo la proporci\u00f3n anterior. Removemos unos segundos para que no se peguen al incorporarlos al agua. Es una pasta de larga cocci\u00f3n, la coceremos unos 8 minutos (un poco m\u00e1s de la mitad que recomienda el fabricante) antes de atemperarla a temperatura ambiente (nunca lavarla)\r\nEn una sart\u00e9n rehogamos con aceite el ajo, y a\u00f1adimos  el marisco por orden: calamar, cigalas y langostinos limpios. Salpimentamos y a\u00f1adimos los mejillones y las almejas, rehog\u00e1ndolos unos segundos antes de a\u00f1adir el vino blanco. Dejamos reducir el vino, hasta que el marisco est\u00e9 crujiente y duro, momento en el que a\u00f1adimos el tomate concass\u00e9 .\r\nRetiramos y reservamos de la salsa los mariscos grandes.\r\nEscurrimos la pasta y la a\u00f1adimos a la salsa.
