Con \u00e9l se elaboran muchas recetas como el tzatziki, una salsa que sirve para acompa\u00f1ar meze (aperitivos t\u00edpicos de varias zonas del Mediterr\u00e1neo). Adem\u00e1s, con el yogur se elaboran marinados, tanto para aves, carnes y pescados, que buscan enriquecer en sabor muchas de estas piezas.\r\nEn esta lecci\u00f3n te ense\u00f1amos a elaborar el tzatziki, salsa que podr\u00e1s usar en un sinf\u00edn de preparaciones, y a marinar una pieza de carne o pescado con una mezcla con base de yogur.\r\n","preparacion":"Para hacer eltzatziki:\r\nRallamos el ajo y el pepino y los mezclamos en un bol junto al yogur y el resto de ingredientes. Dejamos que repose filmado al menos durante dos horas. Transcurrido este tiempo, ya podemos usarlo como crema para untar.\r\nSi le agregamos agua o un fondo, podemos usarlo como sopa.\r\nPara hacer el marinado de pollo:\r\nMezclamos los ingredientes del marinado y cubrimos el pollo con esta mezlca (o si lo preferimos, carne o pescado).Dejamos reposar.\r\nEl marinado, si es carne puede marinarse hasta 2 horas a temperatura ambiente y hasta 48 si es en frigor\u00edfico. \r\nSi es pescado y marisco, hasta 30 minutos a temperatura ambiente y 2 horas en frigor\u00edfico. \r\nUna vez que se vuelva a sacar de la nevera, en caso de que se haya metido, hay que esperar a que atempere.
