Posteriormente escaldamos las alcachofas en agua con unos trozos de lim\u00f3n.\r\nSofre\u00edmos con aceite en una olla la cebolla, el pimiento verde y el ajo hasta que tengan color dorado, momento en el que a\u00f1adimos la alcachofa escaldada y el pulpo troceado.
