Igualmente trabajaremos la consistencia del potaje elaborando un \u201cmajao\u201d que haga de elemento de ligaz\u00f3n. Y lo haremos uniendo en un mortero pan tostado, almendra tostada y huevo duro.\r\n","preparacion":"Remojamos previamente los garbanzos. Cuando est\u00e9n hidratados los ponemos a cocer en una olla con agua y una pizca de sal.\r\nA\u00f1adimos una cabeza de ajos, una cebolla claveteada y laurel a los garbanzos. Tapamos y lo dejamos a fuego lento durante  unos 50 o 55 minutos. \r\nMientras, hacemos el \u201cmajao\u201d triturando en un mortero el diente de ajo, el pan frito, las almendras tostadas, el huevo cocido y una pizca de sal.\r\nPasados los 55 minutos de cocci\u00f3n de los garbanzos sacamos un poco de caldo y lo vertemos en el \u201cmajao\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00e9ndole tambi\u00e9n unas hebras de azafr\u00e1n. Removemos el majao y lo incorporamos a los garbanzos, para darle consistencia.\r\nAdicionamos al guiso las migas de bacalao y las espinacas baby.\r\nColocamos los lomos de bacalao la superficie del guiso.
