Nos fijaremos en c\u00f3mo se logra una textura cremosa perfecta si a\u00f1adimos cantidad de l\u00edquido adecuada.\r\nCon esta receta, tendr\u00e1s la base para realizar una amplia variedad de cremas similares.\r\n","preparacion":"Calentamos en una olla aceite de oliva y mantequilla\r\nCortamos las verduras previamente lavadas y peladas y las introducimos a la olla.\r\nA\u00f1adimos sal a las verduras para que suden. \r\nDejamos tapado con una cocci\u00f3n 20 minutos, hasta que se poche.\r\nA\u00f1adimos fondo de ave hasta que se cubran los vegetales y tapamos la olla, dejando 35 minutos a fuego medio.\r\nTrituramos con batidora el\u00e9ctrica y obtenemos la crema de calabaza.\r\n","ingredientes":"Para 4 personas: \r\n\r\n600 gr. de calabaza.\r\n200 gr. de zanahoria.\r\n200 gr. de puerro.\r\n200 gr. de patata.\r\n1 l. de fondo de ave\r\n70 gr. de mantequilla\r\n0\u20195 dl.
