Opcionalmente se a\u00f1aden hierbas o especias.\r\n\r\n- \u201cOrly\u201d: huevo, cerveza (o cualquier bebida gaseosa similar), harina tamizada (con la siguiente proporci\u00f3n: por cada kilo de harina, 20 gr de levadura), y claras de huevo a punto de nieve. Mezclamos el huevo y la cerveza con la harina y batimos, a\u00f1adimos las claras de huevo y removemos con cuidado.\r\n\r\n- \u201cTempura\u201d: agua muy fr\u00eda (helada mejor), harina tamizada con la proporci\u00f3n de levadura comentada anteriormente.
